When it was founded in 1960 it occupied an area of only 600m square, but in 1998, planning targeted investments, the ownership decided to expand production by moving to Peschiera Borromeo and installing an OEM car rim treatment plant and the world’s largest nickel-plating plant.

This increases from only 600 square meters to 20,000 of which 12,000 are covered. Slowly then Deltar considered it essential to specialize by offering different electroless nickel coatings with its different co-deposits including: high phosphorus, silicon carbide, and Teflon Ptfe by focusing all efforts and investments on electroless nickel plating. Efforts that have led Deltar to offer the market a product whose most relevant feature has been and is , its excellent chemical-physical technical quality , while not neglecting the aesthetic aspect of the final product.
