Queste due qualit\u00e0 hanno permesso di poter utilizzare il co-deposito Nichel chimico \u2013 Carburo di Silicio (NiSiC) come pi\u00f9 che valida alternativa a molti altri rivestimenti come il Cromo o il Carburo di Tungsteno.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1c88e58 elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1c88e58\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Infatti nella pratica industriale ed in particolare nella fabbricazione di valvole, destinate ad impianti dove \u00e8 importante la resistenza all\u2019usura, come in fluidi o gas ricchi di corpuscolati quali sabbia e similari, si \u00e8 imposto l\u2019uso di depositi estremamente duri ma che sfortunatamente non hanno una resistenza alla corrosione. Il problema \u00e8 stato tecnicamente risolto da Deltar con la possibilit\u00e0 di effettuare le pi\u00f9 svariate forniture grazie a speciali attrezzature di propria progettazione e realizzazione. ad esempio nel settore chimico e petrolchimico \u00e8 impiegato come\u00a0<strong>rivestimento su valvole a tenuta metal-to-metal<\/strong>, siano esse valvole a sfera, gate, slab o expanding, saracinesca o farfalla.<br \/>La rapidit\u00e0 di esecuzione, la totale assenza di lavorazioni meccaniche aggiuntive, unite a un costo assolutamente interessante e soprattutto alle qualit\u00e0 proprie del rivestimento, hanno contribuito in maniera determinante al suo utilizzo in larga scala.<br \/>Il processo \u00e8 in sintesi l\u2019immersione dei particolari in soluzioni di Nichel Chimico in cui \u00e8 disperso il Carburo di Silicio.
